This month is Respect Life Month and the Month of the Rosary! We will be praying the rosary together every Friday this month after the 5:15 PM Mass. If you would like to be a Rosary leader, please e-mail Matthew (mh968). Pray for us and for all life, Mary, Mother of God!
NEW OPPORTUNITIES
How do you channel your creativity to explore and express your innermost thoughts, your most precious questions, your relationship with God? Campus Minister Lizzy and Episcopal Chaplain Rev. Taylor Daynes will be leading a spiritual writing group in which we will learn to use writing as a vehicle for prayer and meditation. We will read poetry, psalms, and other short texts that ponder the divine and the mystery of being human and we will use these texts as springboards for our own creative writing. The first meeting will be Monday, October 18 at 5 PM in the CCC Library (G-22), followed by bi-weekly meetings for the remainder of the semester. Please e-mail Lizzy (ell67) with any questions. This group will also be listed as a CURW Care Group.
Those interested in joining a CCC Bible Study are invited to attend a planning meeting this Wednesday after Mass, at 6 PM (AT-24, Library). At this meeting, we'll pin down a regular day and time and make a reading plan for the semester.
