We're incredibly grateful for those who have signed up for a shift or two to help make the St. Mary Parish Country Fair a success! THANK YOU!!
At this point, we have 25% of volunteer shifts filled; so, you can see we still need more help!
NOTE: FOR THIS EVENT ONLY, a potential fair volunteer can forgo the LIVESCAN fingerprint clearance and complete the ONLINE BACKGROUND CHECK and the VIRTUS online class.
This ONLINE BACKGROUND CHECK is for this FAIR ONLY, where you will not be supervising other children. For example, you will be handing out food, taking tickets, setting-up, etc.

The Country Fair Coffee Shop is looking for BAKED GOODS DONATIONS. If you're known for your pies, cookies, cupcakes, brownies, pastries or sweet breads, we would appreciate if you could bake (a few) to donate to the Coffee Shop!
Drop-off will be Thursday, October 7th, 12-6pm in Hofmann Center. You can also deliver your baked goods anytime during the fair hours to the Coffee Shop booth.

FAITH FORMATION
FAITH IN ACTION
The “Seasons of Hope” is a faith-based support program for those who have lost a loved one.
Sacred Heart Parish, Saratoga is offering a 6-week grief discussion group begins on October 12th and continues through November 16th. Meetings will be held every Tuesday from 1:00pm to 2:30pm via Zoom.
All who have lost a loved one are invited to participate and share their experiences through prayer, Scripture readings, reflection, and discussion.
Reading materials and a journal will be provided. There is no fee to participate.
Come alone or bring a friend. This group is open to all who mourn, within the parish or elsewhere.

NOVEMBER 3: A Candle Light Evening Prayer: Remembering our Loved Ones who died of Covid-19: Join Bishop Oscar Cantú on November 3, 2021 in an outdoor candlelight prayer service at the Shrine of Our Lady of Peace honoring all of the loved ones that we have lost to or have been impacted by COVID-9. You are invited to submit names of your lost loved ones at https://www.dsj.org/name-submission-for-vigil-prayer. The evening’s prayer service will also be live-streamed on the Diocese’s Facebook page.
