Dear Parents and Friends of St. Rita,
While very pleased with our history and tradition, we believe there are ways we can become an even stronger 21st-century Catholic school. With this in mind, we underwent a formal strategic planning process over the last six months to establish an exciting vision of our future and determine the specific plans and actions for the next five years that will guide us to our goals.
With the blessing of the Diocese of Dallas, our Strategic Planning Committee managed this vital project, which included valuable input from our faculty and staff, parents, students, alumni, benefactors, and the Diocese. We conducted six focus group sessions and an extensive online survey to gain insights and opinions and studied demographic trends that will impact our school.
After several months of reflection, debate, and planning, we are delighted to share the details of our conclusions in the document you can view through the link below. We have reaffirmed our mission, created a bold new vision, and identified crucial objectives that we believe will provide a roadmap to our preferred future. Please know that this is a summary document and that there is a much more detailed internal version of the plan that includes action items, dates for completion, and parties responsible.
We want to express our sincere appreciation to everyone who contributed time and expertise to developing this Strategic Plan. It is now our shared responsibility to ensure that it profoundly influences everyday life at St. Rita and achieves the desired results.
We are St. Rita!
