It's time for the Giving Tree again. We work with St. William parish in London to bring Christmas to those in need. This year we will do signups online and gifts can be brought to the church by December 5th.

Office Building Update
We are continuing to evaluate the condition of the parish office and therefore, visitors will not be allowed in the building. You are welcome to come to the front door to drop off or pick up items, or ask questions. You can also call the parish office at 859-278-7432 to schedule an appointment in another building if needed. We apologize for the inconvenience.

As of 10/18/2021, 344 donors have pledged $141,488 towards the Diocesan Annual Appeal.
For 2021-2022 our goal is $165,000. We have two weekends remaining during this giving event, and would like to ask that we double our current appeal participation, from 26% to 50%. With each gift, we get closer to our goal. If you haven't yet, we are asking each parishioner to participate in this appeal. Every gift makes a difference! Pledge cards are available in the lobby or you can give online through our website, mqhrs.org. Thank you for your support!

Diocesan Synod Now Underway
Bishop John Stowe, OFM Conv. celebrated Mass to open the Diocesan Synod on Sunday, Oct. 17, kicking off the local stage of a global process for the Catholic Church, convened by Pope Francis. The 2021-2023 Synodal Journey is being convened not to make decisions for the Universal Church or to vote on an agenda of issues, but to discern the direction of the Church under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. On the diocesan level, there will be gatherings of clergy and laity – open to all – to discuss and discern our ongoing journey as Catholics. The findings will be collected and collated for presentation to Rome in late March.
