Hello, Holy Cross Families!
Holy Cross will provide after-school care (Crusader Club) to our families in order to ensure a healthy, safe, and educational environment for students when parents are working.
After-school care is offered in our building on school days from 3:00 until 6:00 p.m. for our Kindergarten through Grade 8 students and from 2:45 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. for our full-day Preschool students. Care is provided on either a scheduled or as-needed basis.
After-school scheduled care is pre-charged through your TADS account. Crusader Club Schedule agreements are due by the 15th of the month for the following month. For Example, September's Scheduled Care agreement is due by August 15th.
Call Ahead for Drop-In Care
If you need to drop-in care, please know you need to call the school office to let us know to plan on serving your children.
The Program salaries, supplies, and administrative expenses are supported entirely by fees. Fees are as follows:
- Scheduled After School Session: $17
- Annual Registration Fee $20 per family
- Late Charge for Schedule Agreement Fee $10
- Drop-In for sessions, add $3 per session per child
All students must be pre-registered in advance for care as we staff our room based upon the number of children attending.
February's Crusader Club Schedule Agreement is due by January 15. Agreements turned in from January 15 through January 31 will be assessed a $10 late fee. Agreements turned in after January 31 will be charged at the drop-in rate payable the day of service.
