This is the 33rd Sunday in Ordinary Time
In the gospel this weekend, we look forward to the day of Jesus' second coming. We do not know the day or the hour of his coming; only God knows. Meanwhile, as Jesus has repeatedly taught us, we must watch and wait for him in faith, hope, and love. In the hour we least expect him, he warns, he will come.
Let us pray in today's liturgy for ourselves and for the whole Church, that the Lord may find us ready when he returns. May we not be doing foolish things or be living in fear, but be awaiting the kingdom with hope as we strive to do God's will.

Wea Men’s Club Dinner
All men of the parish are invited to the annual Men’s Club Christmas Party and Steak Dinner on December 4th. Social hour begins at 5:30 PM followed by a steak dinner at 7 PM. The cost is only $20 per person.

The Wea Knights Are Smoking!
Thanksgiving is coming and we are “Smokin”!
Since we enjoy taking care of our parish family we are firing up the smoker. The meat will have that great smoked flavor and we will have our seasoning packets to take the flavor to the next level. So order early and don’t miss out. Deadline for ordering is November 21 and we will once again be doing a drive thru pickup.
