Dear CtRCS Families,
Wow! Another Chili Cook-off filled with fun, fellowship, and fundraising for our beloved Christ the Redeemer Catholic School. We thank our donors and sponsors, our volunteers - specifically, our Chili Cook-Off Parent Committee, and our school faculty/staff, parents, parishioners and friends who made this event possible. A special thanks to our Director of Advancement, Katie Griep, for her tireless efforts to ensure a successful, engaging event. The Cook-off supports our mission and makes a remarkable difference in providing a Catholic education, which is second to none.
We look forward to our Grandparent Day tomorrow. Please see important information below. Remember that students should be in their full dress uniform and must wear masks (grades K-8). Grandparents and special guests are also highly encouraged to wear masks.
When we return from the Thanksgiving break on Monday, Nov. 29, we highly encourage all students (K-8) to wear their masks. We know from first-hand experience that the best way to limit cases and avoid quarantine is by masking while indoors. We will have three weeks of school before we break again for Christmas and by working together and wearing our masks in class, we give our kids the best opportunity to stay in class and on task with their peers.
Thank you again for partnering with us as we seek to do our part to keep any spread at school in check. May we all have a restful break – we’ve earned it! – and may we enjoy the holiday as we give thanks to God for the many blessings in our lives. May God bless you and your families.
Together in Christ,
Dan Courtney
Principal
