The Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe:
You are invited to come and celebrate The Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe on Tuesday December 12th. Mass in honor of the patron saint of the Americas will be held at 12:20pm. There will be a second Mass to sing her praises, said in Spanish, @ 5:15 pm, celebrated by Fr. Daniel McMullin. Both masses will be held in Anabel Taylor Chapel.
Holy day of Obligation Alert:
Mass for the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary will be celebrated Dec. 8th -- 12:20pm and 5:15pm. Both masses will be held in ATH Chapel.
Immaculate Conception is the celebration of Mary, whose conception was brought about the normal way, was conceived without original sin or its stain.
Healing Circle for the Travel Ban:
If you are concerned about the Travel Ban or want to show your support for those affected please come to our Healing Circle Wednesday, December 6th, from 5:30 – 7:00pm, in Room 314 of Anabel Taylor Hall. Chaplain Yasin will facilitate a healing circle where everyone is free to express their feelings. All are welcome.
No Wednesday dinner!
If you were reading thoroughly you would see that we are promoting the above Healing Circle and will not be having our weekly dinner. In place of the dinner, pizza will be available in the Redlin room after mass. So grab a slice and check out the Healing Circle.
Snacks & Study:
Now through the end of exams we invite you visit our offices located on the ground floor of Anabel Taylor Hall. A variety of snacks and beverages will be available along with ample quiet studying areas.
March for Life- signup! (Contact email change)
Cornell Catholic will be sending a group of students to the annual March for Life in Washington DC. We will be taking a bus leaving Ithaca on the night of Jan 18th, arriving in DC in the morning for the march, and will be back by midnight on the 19th. This is before the spring semester starts and will be a great opportunity to support the unborn. Anyone who is interested in going to the March for Life rally in Washington D.C. on Friday, January 19th should contact Pat Gillick (pjg223)
Kairos IV Retreat- Feb. 16-18, 2018 :
You are invited to join us on our Kairos IV retreat. This will be a time to reflect on your own identity, relationships with others, and your spiritual journey. The retreat will be held from February 17-19th, people at any point in their faith journey are welcome. If you are interested please contact Pat Gillick (pjg223)
