St. Monica Christmas Giving Tree
Once again St. Monica will be brightening the lives of our neighbors through the Annual Giving Tree.
This year we will be helping the Great Valley Food Cupboard with gift cards; St. Agnes Day Room in West Chester has requested shoes and boots for children as well as gift cards; the Sisters of St. Joseph Welcome Center has requested outerwear ( hats, gloves and scarves); the Blessed Sarnelli House and the Community Center of Visitation have requested gift cards. The weekend after Thanksgiving the trees will go up in the Narthex of the church. We will then
place brightly colored ornaments on the trees.
Each ornament will request either a small gift or
a gift card. We ask that you purchase the designated gift, attach the ornament and please return to church the weekends of Dec. 4 and 5 or Dec. 11 and 12. This will give us time to get the items to the various organizations before the holiday.
There will be a large Mailbox in the Narthex
where the gift cards can be placed.
Any gifts can be placed under the trees,
please do not wrap.
Thank you so much for your boundless generosity. St. Monica is a beacon of light and hope in our community!

T & E Care is also collecting gifts for their Christmas drive.
Link to their website is below...
Once on the site click on the link for the Holiday Drive. Please be aware that
there are multiple tabs at the top of the page, you can either purchase gift cards or specific gifts for both families and single adults. They provide specific directions for drop off which will take place prior to Dec. 3.
T & E Care assists families and individuals in the T E school district. This year they have a very extensive list of needs. We would very much like to support them.
The timing of their drive prevents us from including their requests in our Giving Tree Project. However, we did want to make parishioners aware of their Holiday Drive should you wish to participate.
