Giving thanks. It's what we do..
Being grateful for what we have is what we're called to do. Giving thanks to God for our many blessings is right, and just. Thanksgiving is a tradition in our country that dates back to the time of the Pilgrims in Plymouth - but giving thanks to God goes so much further back, as the word "Eucharist" means "thanksgiving."
Join us for Mass on Thanksgiving morning, at 9am, at St. Cecilia's, as we give thanks, and receive the graces of God through the Sacrament of the Eucharist. We hope to see you there, and whether we see you or not - remember to say a prayer of thanks, throughout the day, for all God's blessings.
From all of us at St. Cecilia's, we're thankful for you. May God's Blessings be upon you, your loved ones, your homes, and your gatherings. May you be granted safe passage if you're traveling, and joyful memories with friends and family.
