This coming Wednesday, December 8 is the feast of the Immaculate Conception of Mary, and a Holy Day of Obligation in the United States. We'll be holding Mass at 5:15 PM in Anabel Taylor. In preparation for this Solemnity, come learn about Mary in our Catholic tradition, and in Muslim traditions at an exciting event this coming Tuesday, Dec. 7 at 6 PM (Anabel Taylor, G-14): "Sharing Mary: Muslim-Catholic Dialogue on Mary, Mother of Jesus." Details below!
SPECIAL UPCOMING EVENTS
Mark your calendars for a special event co-hosted by CCC and Muslim Life @ Cornell: "Sharing Mary: Muslim-Catholic Dialogue on the Blessed Virgin Mary," 6 PM in the Edwards Room (AT, G-14) on Tuesday, December 7. Did you know that Mary/Maryam is the only woman mentioned by name in the Qur'an? Or that Mary is revered as the greatest of women? Learn about the place of Mary in both traditions, spend time in fellowship with the larger CURW community, and eat some great snacks!
Are you
graduating in December? CCC would like to take you to dinner to celebrate your achievements. Please join us at Anabel Taylor on
December 15th at 6 PM (after Mass), and we'll walk to a restaurant in College Town. If you are a December grad, please RSVP
here, even if you can't make it.

ONLINE BUSY PERSON RETREAT JAN 2022
Are you interested in going on retreat, but the business of the academic year gets in the way? The Sisters of St. Joseph have the perfect solution for you! They will be offering an online "Busy Person Retreat" starting in January of 2022. All of the participants will receive a retreat booklet on-line when you are paired with your Sister. Throughout the retreat, you and your Sister Spiritual Guide will devote yourselves to a half an hour of personal prayer and reflection using the retreat booklet. Then, you’ll meet for a half an hour together, probably on ZOOM or whatever app that works best for you, for four different times.
The Spiritual Guides will be Sisters of St. Joseph, who have experience in being a Spiritual Guide for a Busy Person Retreat, and who will volunteer their time to offer this retreat opportunity for a “Busy” college student like you.
To sign up for this opportunity, please fill out the form here by Dec. 20.
