Our 2022 Spring Alpha Course begins Wednesday, January 26
Alpha is an opportunity to explore life and the Christian faith in a friendly, open, and informal environment. Alpha is designed to meet everyone where they are in their lives. It provides the time and space to consider and discuss the “big questions” in life: What is the meaning of life? Why am I here?
For those who are already practicing Catholics, you will revisit the most basic Christian beliefs and renew the openness to the Holy Spirit to be active in our daily lives.
Alpha takes place over 10 weekly sessions with an option of a day or weekend in the middle. Each session runs from 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. and includes a full meal, watching a video, and discussing the video in a small group. St. Angela Merici Church runs two Alpha Courses each year, one in the Spring and it repeats in the Fall.

The 2022 Archdiocese of New Orleans Men's Conference will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at St. Catherine of Siena. All men of our parish are invited to attend! The day will include empowering speakers, prayer, Mass, and reconciliation to help men reflect on what it means to be "Sons of the Father." We hope this day fires up the men of our parish to grow in their love for Christ, their families, one another, and to take their place in the life of the Church!
Tickets are $45. Light breakfast, lunch and t-shirt are included. Vouchers are also available to purchase registrations for a friend of loved one. They make a great gift for the men of your life!
