Coffee & Donuts ON HOLD
We are taking precautionary methods to reduce the risk of spreading Covid until we break through this current wave. Coffee & Donuts is really our best excuse to foster our sense of community and belonging. Building relationships rooted in faith and our love for Jesus is a beautiful experience.
Once it is advisable to return you’ll be sure that you can gather with friends over a piping hot coffee and one (or two, or three…) glazed old fashioned donuts. To date we’ve received a total of $507.96 and we need $150 weekly to provide this opportunity for hospitality and community. Please consider making a contribution. Click to donate and make sure you select ‘Coffee & Donuts’ from the dropdown.
Alpha Conference
This national conference is taking place in Mesa, AZ from January 27-29th. Fr. Colin and Taniele will be in attendance with some parish council members and other parishioners who are excited to bring Alpha to our parish.
During this time of change, we have come to more fully understand that it is imperative that we learn to listen: to a shifting culture, those in the margins, the next generation, and to the experiences of others.
While technological advancements have opened a variety of ways for us to communicate widely and effectively, in order to listen well, deeply enough to be changed by what we hear, we need to be in the same space together. Shared spaces allow us to look one another in the eye and engage with our whole selves. The Alpha Conference is an opportunity for such connections.
Additionally, we have the opportunity to hear from leaders around the world who are humbly living out their influence for the benefit of others, and to build new Kingdom friendships. You are invited to join virtually to the welcome event on Thursday, January 27th 6:00 -8:30 pm MST.

Hungry for the Eucharist?
Are you or do you know someone who wants to receive the Eucharist, but is unable to attend mass? Archbishop Etienne remind us in his letter reinstating the obligation to attend mass that “those who have a serious reason are excused from attending Mass on Sundays and holy days of obligation (Catechism of the Catholic Church, 2181). This includes those who are ill, have significant health risk factors or care for someone who is ill or immunocompromised, as well as those who have significant fear or anxiety about contracting COVID in a large group.”
Pre-K & Kindergarten Information Night
The Pre-K/Kindergarten Information Night on January 27th at 6:30 pm will be a Zoom meeting instead of our usual in-person meeting. Please con tact Jennifer Hazzard, jhazzard@stannesea.org if you would like to receive a Zoom link to the session. The Open House scheduled for January 30 has been postponed. We are hoping to reschedule it later this winter when we can have an in-person event.

School Days
Take Courage
John 16:33
Since return from Christmas break, three eighth graders have tested positive for
Covid 19. They are fully vaccinated and with mild symptoms. On the guidance of the Dept. of Health, all 8th graders were moved to remote learning for the week of Jan. 10-14. They will return Jan.18 after the Martin Luther King holiday.
In these past weeks, the school theme particularly stands out.
These things I have spoken that you may have peace.
In the world, you have tribulations but take courage.
I have overcome the world.
Please especially remember St. Anne staff, students and their families.
Social Distance Section at Church
Per archdiocesan advisory we have made a section available for those who wish to social distance. Space is limited due to higher Mass attendance. If you wish to be seated in this section please ask one of the ushers.
