Hello Everyone…

This past weekend I made an announcement about the School’s Annual Fund, and that has raised some questions.  (St John the Baptist Parishioners will hear the announcement this coming weekend) 

The Annual Fund doesn’t kick off until the last weekend in January.  Around the last weekend in January you will receive a card asking how much you would be willing to pledge to the School’s Annual Fund and an envelope.   I ask that you please hold off contributing to the Annual Fund until you receive your pledge card and envelope.

Secondly, for those who receive church envelopes to use for the weekly collection, do not use the orange envelope that is for Catholic School’s week to contribute to the School’s Annual Fund.  Any money given through the orange Catholic School’s week collection envelope gets sent to the diocese to be split among the 14 Catholic Schools and is not counted towards the School’s Annual Fund.
