Bus Is Cancelled
Out of an abundance of caution, the March for Life bus has been cancelled this year.
Please consider joining local events instead, including Corpus Christ Parish March for Life on Friday, Jan. 21 beginning with noon Mass at Holy Child Church, with adoration to follow. The walk begins at 1 p.m. Benediction will be held at 7 p.m. Bishop Zubik is also celebrating a special Mass at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 20 at St. Paul Cathedral.
Holy Hour of Prayer to learn about the 36 Doctors of the Church.
Fr. Tom Gillespie will have a Holy Hour of Prayer to learn about the 36 Doctors of the Church. There will be a teaching of three of the Doctor Saints once a month. The first session will be on Thursday, Jan. 20 at 7 p.m. In St. Patrick Church.
ICON OF ST. JOSEPH AND CHRIST CHILD COMING TO OUR PARISH
The Knights of Columbus are bringing an icon of St. Joseph and the Christ Child to our parish this weekend. Please see the bulletin for details.
The Catholic Men’s Club
will have an installation of officers on Wednesday, Jan. 19 at 7 p.m. in St. Patrick Center with a social at 6:30.
Sacramental Preparation for Confirmation
Sacramental Preparation for Confirmation for all 9th through 12th graders will be starting on Jan. 30. If you are not currently enrolled in Life Teen. please contact Sean Austin, Director of Faith Formation and Youth Ministry, at Saustin@romeroparish.org to be enrolled.
