MINISTRY UPDATES AND UPCOMING EVENTS
Registration deadline for Spring Retreat & Steubenville is Tuesday, February 1st!!
WE ARE HAVING A RETREAT INFO NIGHT THIS SUNDAY, 1/30,
BETWEEN YOUTH GROUPS (6-6:30PM)!
We'll start with Steubenville
(for our 8th graders/parents and high schoolers/parents),
then transition to Spring Retreat.
Rebecca will provide more information and answer any questions you may have.
Retreats are our opportunity to step away from the world and rest in the Lord.
We focus on Jesus so that we have the strength necessary to stay faithful to Him in our daily lives. In the silence, they offer us opportunities to come face-to-face with the living God, some encountering Him for the first time. In the noise, they offer us opportunities to form intentional, healthy relationships with our brothers and sisters in Christ; these relationships, built on the strong foundation of Jesus Christ, can have a lasting impact on our lives.
- Vita Nova (9th-12th grade only)- Spring Retreat is coming up, March 18th-20th!! We're heading to Camp Rockfish, and the total cost is $160. To reserve your spot, permission forms and a $50 deposit are due by February 1st. - Current 8th-12th graders - We are heading to Steubenville Atlanta July 8th-10th!! Fr. Mike Schmitz is the main speaker, so we're in for an incredible weekend. The total cost is normally $400 - through fundraisers like Bingo night, we're able to bring cost down around $300 (or lower if our fundraisers are successful!!).
