Hello Everyone, 

Fr. Wedow and I have been contacted by a few parishioners concerning some discrepancies in their tax donation letters this year.  We looked into this issue right away and have found out it stems from an issue with our tracking software.  In March our system for offertory input and tracking had an update and transferred to a new system platform- whereas when we spot checked it all the info from before this update transferred to the new system correctly it seems to have glitched now and is not showing up on the system's tax letter reports.  We are talking to the company about this glitch to make sure it is not a problem in the future. 

We will be sending new, updated tax donation letters out in the next few weeks and have already started working on them. You will receive the tax letter from our parish as well as a Detailed Contribution Report for 2021.  When you receive these if there are still discrepancies please reach out to Father and myself. Our goal is to have these accurate every year and I sincerely apologize for anything you received that is inaccurate. 

If you need the updated contribution summary immediately, please e-mail me at businesmanager@stscholasticaerie.org and I can get an electronic one sent to you as you await the new paper letter.
