In this webinar we will discuss how the Vatican’s Synod on Synodality and the Laudato Si’ Action Platform, along with the USCCB’s Eucharistic Revival, can (and should) be seen as journeying together and not journeying on separate or competing paths.
Presenters will discuss:
- How these different threads can be (and ARE in the Diocese of Davenport) woven together to advance the Church’s mission, participation, and communion.
- How these three initiatives offer Church leaders, both clergy and laity, a remarkable and historic opportunity for important dialogue, spiritual growth, and community connectedness.
We are honored to have as presenters:
- Sr. Nathalie Becquart, XMCJ, Under-Secretary to the General Secretariat for the Synod of Bishops
- Fr. David McCullum, SJ, Executive Director of the Discerning Leadership Program
- Kerry Robinson, Leadership Roundtable Partner
- Kent Ferris OFS, Director of Social Action, Diocese of Davenport
- Patrick Schmadeke, Director of Evangelization, Diocese of Davenport
- Deacon Francis L. Agnoli, OFS, Director of Liturgy & Director of Deacon Formation, Diocese of Davenport
Sincerely,
Catholic Climate Covenant
