The next Carpe Diem Lock-In is scheduled
for Friday, March 11th!!
First are the important details, followed by what I need from you:
WHO: Carpe Diem and any friends
WHEN: Friday, 3/11, 6pm - midnight* (or Saturday 8am)**
WHERE: Drop-off and pickup at St. Luke***
WHAT: We'll unpack and play until 6:40pm, when we'll head to Buffaloe Lanes North for 2 hours of bowling and dinner!! We'll leave at 9pm and carpool back to St. Luke, where we will go into our normal lock-in routine of games (manhunt, sardines, etc.) and movies (if there's time).
COST: $5 plus food (either BYO or purchase at Buffaloe Lanes)
RSVP: By Wednesday, 3/9 by
*The lock-in is currently scheduled from 6pm-12am (6 hours). In order for this to be an all-night event (until 8am), we need at least two (2) moms and two (2) dads willing to spend the night.
**By Tuesday, 3/1, I will let you know if this event will last until midnight or 8am. Parents, please, please, please consider staying all night! It doesn't mean staying UP all night! The youth truly look forward to staying the entire night, so PLEASE prayerfully and seriously consider sacrificing one night for your youth(s)!
***Drivers and chaperones are welcome to bowl ($5)!!
Now that we've made it through the important information, here's what I need from you!
1. Permission Form!! You may fill out and pay via the online Permission Form, or you may print out the attached permission form. I must have permission forms from everyone by the night of the lock-in. I will have extra forms at the event that you may fill out upon arrival.
2. Parents, please consider staying all night with us!! You are free to bring air mattresses or pads and go to bed whenever (after we come inside from manhunt)!!

4. Last, but not least, a signup for the night! Please reply to this message to let me know who is coming and doing what (bowling, overnight, etc.). As always, please let me know if you have any issues or need to clarify! Youth are welcome to invite friends, as long as you are willing to drive/participate!
