Volunteer Tracking - Just a reminder that this year we started having our families log their volunteer hours by using a program called “Track it Forward”. Please visit the Volunteer Signups and Tracking page on our website under Resources for details on getting started if you haven't done so already. This program can be used from your computer or your smartphone! If you are using your smart phone simply search for Track It Forward, bring it up on your device and then add it to your homepage!

Flu Epidemic - As you have probably heard that there is a very aggressive Flu Virus that has reached epidemic levels here in the continental US. Due to the severity of this virus, I’m asking for your help in keeping your children healthy while at school. Virus’ are generally spread by coughing and sneezing. Talk with your children daily about prevention. Handwashing or use of hand sanitizers, covering coughs and sneezes with your elbow or tissues and keeping hands off your face are very important in stopping the spread of this or any virus.
We will do everything we can do here but I need you to join the fight. Please watch for the following signs . . . fever, headache, tiredness, loss of appetite, cough, sore throat, nasal congestion or a runny nose, body aches. If your child should develop symptoms PLEASE keep them home. Do not medicate them in the morning for a temperature or complaint of cold symptoms and send them to school. This not only affects the health of your child but the health of every child, and staff member in our school.
