Hi friends!
- This Sunday (2/4) will be the last day of our clothing drive! Parents, we could use any and all help to sort during classes and to transport afterwards. Simply e-mail April at April.Tessarzik@gmail.com and let her know if you can help or even just stop by for a few minutes if you have time. You can drop off clothes/help at Meeting Room 3.
The drive is to benefit the Capital City Rescue Mission. They say that they WILL accept fabric of any of kind, even if it's damaged, ripped, stained, etc because they can recycle it for money for their ministry. They will take clothing, bath towels, kitchen towels, ties, purses, shoes, belts, sheets, pillowcases - even if they are no longer usable. If you can help transport the stuff over, the location is 127 Arch Street in Albany and it's not too far away.
- Please come to our Family Mass at 9am. Our 3rd grade classes and parents are helping out at this Mass in a special way and all are welcome!
- Lastly, we're trying out a free trial with Word on Fire, a special ministry headed up by Bishop Robert Barron. This first video (below) is called "Who is God". Please tell me what you think of it!
