Our celebration of the Sacred Triduum
begins today!
Join us this evening as we celebrate the Thursday Evening Mass of the Lord's Supper at 7:30pm.
We commemorate Jesus' institution of the Eucharist and follow his command to "wash each other's feet", bending down in humble service to our brothers and sisters.
After the liturgy, there will be a period of Solemn Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament in the church, ending with Night Prayer at 10:00pm.
Tomorrow, we will gather for Morning Prayer at 9am.
Stations of the Cross will be prayed at 12:00 noon.
Our solemn celebration of the Lord's Passion with Veneration of the Cross takes place at 3:00pm.

Holy Saturday morning begins with
Morning Prayer at 9:00am.
(You are invited to bring a basket of the food items you will share at your Easter table to be blessed.)
We will then gather at 8:00pm on Saturday evening for our celebration of the Easter Vigil in the Holy Night.
Join us as we light the new fire, trace our salvation history through the scriptures, welcome new members into our Church through the celebration of the Sacraments of Initiation, and share in the paschal meal of the Eucharist.
Bring a bell to help us welcome back the "Gloria"!
Our Easter Sunday masses will follow the normal Sunday schedule--8:30am and 11:00am.
Please invite your family, friends, and neighbors to join us as we celebrate our Lord's victory over sin & death and our salvation through him. We will renew our baptismal promises and join together at the table of the Eucharist.

The parish office will be closed tomorrow (4/15) and on Monday (4/18) in observance of the Good Friday and Easter holy days.
DIVINE MERCY PRAYER HOUR
There will be a Divine Mercy Holy Hour celebrated following the 4pm Mass on Saturday, April 23. The first weekend after Easter is dedicated to celebrate the mercy of God and our trust in Jesus Christ. Plan on attending the Holy Hour. It will include Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, Evening Prayer from the Liturgy of the Hours, recitation of the Divine Mercy Chaplet, and Benediction. So, please mark your calendar and plan to join Deacon Steve Roscher in this opportunity for prayer.
A Novena of Masses will be offered for mothers—both living and deceased—beginning on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 8th. Please submit the names of those you wish to be remembered at the altar to the parish office by Friday, May 6th. Cards with offering envelopes are available in the church vestibule. Envelopes are also in the May offering packet. To submit your novena request/donation via online giving visit www.ourstcharles.org and click on “Giving” then “Online Giving” at the top of the page—just select “Mothers Day” as the Fund for your donation and type in the name of your loved one in the space provided.
Sacristan-in-Training Needed
We are looking for a young adult,
age 18-21, to train as a sacristan
for all weekend Masses. This is a
part-time, paid position; Saturdays,
3pm-5:30pm and Sundays, 8am-
12:30pm. Duties include setting up
the worship space for Mass, running the livestream feed, and general assistance with the flow of the liturgy. Interested candidates should contact the parish office to speak with Fr. Canisius.
