Dear Walla Walla Catholic School Families,
Happy Easter to you all! We are happy to be celebrating this Easter season with you, and we are especially happy to be hosting Bishop Daly tomorrow! Please remember that because of the all-school Mass, students in grades K-8 should wear their uniforms for tomorrow, and high school students should wear neat and respectful clothing that follows the dress code. Children Receiving Sacraments This Weekend
This weekend, 42 children in our Walla Walla Tri-Parish community will be receiving their sacraments, with 18 of them being WWCS students! We ask our school community to keep all of these kids in your prayers as they take this important step in their journey of faith. Please be sure to congratulate them when you see them at all the Masses!
Bishop Daly Visiting our Students!
Friday, April 22, All-School Mass at Assumption at 1:45 PM
On Friday, April 22, Bishop Daly will be visiting our students! We will have classes in the morning, and Bishop will be giving a talk to the 7-12 students after lunch. Then, all students K-12 will gather together at Assumption Church for an all-school Mass with the Bishop, which will begin at 1:45 PM.
Please remember that students in Grades K-8 should wear their uniforms for tomorrow, and high school students should wear neat and respectful clothing that follows the dress code. Dismissal after the Mass will be at the regular times for Assumption students. DeSales students will be dismissed at 2:30 PM. For DeSales parents, please remember to pick up your children at Assumption Church tomorrow.
As always, if any parents are willing to transport a few extra students from DeSales over to Assumption, we appreciate your help!
WWCS Family BBQ
June 1, 5:00-7:00 PM, Assumption Field
You are invited to the WWCS Family BBQ at the end of the school year! There will be food and fun for all ages, and it will be an great way to socialize with other school families and spend time together as a community. Make sure to save the date, June 1st, 5:00-7:00 PM, at the Assumption School Field. We look forward to seeing you and your family there!
Jack Lesko to Play in SWX All-Star Game!
Game will be televised, April 23rd, 4:00 PM
DeSales junior, Jack Lesko, has been selected to play in the SWX All-Star Classic basketball game. Jack has been chosen out of all schools and classifications in our region to play in this special game with 10 other top players. This is an awesome honor for Jack and for our schools! The game will be at Sunnyside High School on Saturday, April 23, starting at 4:00 PM. It will also be televised so you can watch from home. The Pepe's PIzza sale is now open! This sale also features a limited number of delicious Fazzari’s hand-rolled meatballs, if you can snap them up while supplies last! Orders will be accepted from now until Friday, May 6. Pick up dates will be May 22 and 23, 4:30-6:00 PM at DeSales.

Another K of C Trivia Night!
Wednesday, April 27 at Blanchett Hall
Our local Knights of Columbus Council is hosting another Trivia Night open to all ages! Food and refreshments will be provided. The cost will be $10 for those that sign up in advance, and $15 to enter at the door. Teams of up to 8 people can compete for cash prizes! This event will be hosted in Blanchett Hall at St. Patrick, and doors will open at 6:30 PM. Come and join the fun!
