Below is the schedule for the Bazaar BBQ:
30-Apr Saturday -11:00 am – clean pits and get fire started – put briskets on at 2:00pm
1-May Sunday
2:30am start fire
5:00am - Put on chickens
5:30am - Start slicing meat
6:00am - Tamborello/Null Breakfast
7:00am - start heating up beans
11:00am - Finish chickens and sausage
...cleanup and shuttle food to serving area
