Let’s work together to make Wednesday nights something for EVERYONE!
It really is hard to believe that Bike Nights are here already. Last year we saw this new idea turn into a great opportunity for fellowship with our church family and a chance to connect with new folks. If you are new to our church, our Bike Night concept is very simple! If the weather allows, we come and hang out, fellowship with brothers and sisters and (on most Wednesday nights) we have some sort of food either prepared or brought in. This year I am interested in starting more DLife groups and Wednesday night could be a great time for some that don’t ride, or others that just want to dig deeper into God’s Word. If you would be interested in being in a small group on Wednesday night I would be very interested in hearing from you. You would still have time to grab a bite to eat (if food is served) and also have time for some hangout. The Bike Night times are 6pm till 9pm. The ideal time for DLife groups would be 7-8pm. So let me know if this is something you are interested in by dropping me an email to randy@fullthrottlebikerchurch.com. It would be awesome if we could get 2 or 3 new groups started this year. It has also been on my heart to see our Youth Group, Team X, relaunch on Wednesday nights. But before this happens, we need some teachers. If you are interested in being a teacher or if you have a child in 9th thru 12th Grade drop me an email and let me know.
On another note, we have a special guest preacher coming this Sunday. While I’ve never heard him preach (and met him for the first time yesterday) I believe with all my heart this is an appointment lined up by the Holy Spirit. I hope to share Sunday how this happened. But I feel in my heart that this is one Sunday you don’t want to miss.
I know it’s Mother’s Day this Sunday and if you have made plans to be with your mother at another church then that is exactly where you need to be.
I’ll be sending out several emails this week concerning events and news updates.
I look forward to seeing you all tonight for a Bike Night Launch Party. Have a great day!
In His Grip,
Preacherman
