Item #1 One-time Rental of School Fellowship Hall to KSCS parent 

- Purpose of rental is for a Baby Shower on June 26th from 1:00 to 7PM

- Parent will clean up so room is left in the same condition they found it in

- Parent will pay rental of $200

Item #2 - Transfer of janitor billing and contract from Anago to Maria Fuentes 

- Maria and her sister have been doing the janitor work for the past 3 years but the corporation Anago has received a significant portion of our monthly payments

- Maria and her sister are forming their own business and would sign whatever contract we need and get whatever insurance is required by our TX Conf

- The pricing of $415/mo for the school and $295 for the church will remain the same
