Our Spring Music Sharing yesterday was not only a beautiful trip around the world, courtesy of our talented singers and instrumentalists, but it was also the first all-school assembly we've had in more than two years. Parents and grandparents were able to join us, and it was noisy and joyful and a great way to start the end of the school year.
The concert began with our beginning and concert bands who were so excited to finally play together live again! Thank you, Ann Dolan, for your work with the band.
As music teachers Anne & David Borgmeyer pointed out, one unintended result of Covid restrictions on singing over the last two years was that the kids learned a lot about instrumentation. It shows! These classes have become impressive little bands in their own right!
