Give Thanks for Our Seminarians
Last weekend, we held our second collection for the Seminary Formation Fund. Thank you for your support! If you still wish to make a contribution, please take a donation card and pre-addressed envelope at church on Sunday. You may place your donation with the collection or mail it directly to the Chancery in the envelope provided. Checks should be made payable to “Ordinariate of the Chair of Saint Peter” and sealed in the envelope provided together with a completed donation card. You may also
give online.
Help insure the stability and growth of the Ordinariate by sending a gift in support of our seminarians.
Fr Davis Away this Week
After coffee hour, Fr Davis will hit the road to drive to Scranton, PA, for his monthly meeting with Fr Bergman, the pastor of St Thomas More Ordinariate parish. Then, Monday through Wednesday, Fr Davis will be at the Diocese of Rochester Priest Convocation near Elmira. He will be returning in time to celebrate the 7pm Wednesday Mass (and Confessions), so no change in the schedule there. Please pray for safe travel!
Easter with Newman
For our Faith Formation this Eastertide, we will finish our study of St John Henry Newman’s Apologia pro Vita Sua (Defense of His Life). We will be reading a chapter of this great religious autobiography each Saturday for the seven weeks of Easter. Please join us Saturdays at 10:00am in Room 109 for coffee, tea, and a light pastry.
Ordinariate Cycle of Prayer
This Sunday we pray for these Ordinariate communities around the world: Our Lady and Saint John, Louisville; Good Shepherd, Oshawa, Canada; Our Lady and St Thomas, Derby & Nottingham, England; St Gregory the Great, Hunter/Newcastle, Australia.
