Kinder Round up and Graduation Volunteers Needed

Hello Volunteers! We need some support to help with our kinder round up for incoming kinder students and our kinder graduation event. Please see details and signups below!

Kinder Round Up

We are excited to welcome our 2022-23 Kindergarteners to our annual CtRCS Kinder Round Up! May 27th at 1:00 p.m. we will welcome our "Future Crusaders" and their families for an afternoon of fun. Students will have story time with Mrs. Magill, meet the Kinder team and parents will have a chance to ask questions of our admin team. There will be popsicles served and a brief "playtime" in the plaza between the Parish Hall and Church. We will need your help to make all of this happen!!

All volunteers must have https://galvestonhouston.cmgconnect.org/ (or be current in Virtus training.)

All volunteers must have a signed Volunteer Code of Conduct of file.

Kinder Round Up Sign Up

Kindergarten Graduation

Each year, our 1st grade parents and other volunteers help make the Kindergarten graduation special for our kinder students and their families. We traditionally decorate the auditorium so that our kinder students can walk into a special space where we celebrate "all the colors of the rainbow". *Please note that our day for decorating is Friday, May 27th, with the possibility of a refresh or some last minute touch ups on Tuesday, May 31st before/during morning arrival...remember, many hands make light work! We thank you for prayerfully considering giving of your time and talent to make this a memorable day for all of our kinder families.

Volunteers will decorate Friday, May 27th from 10:00-3:00 (or earlier.)

We also need volunteers to help set up, serve refreshments and clean up/tear down after the reception on May 31st. Thank you for your support and volunteering to help make this day special for our CtRCS graduates and their families!
