Irish Fans,
Last weekend, our Spring sports seasons officially came to an end. There has been so much to celebrate this year, and we are so proud of all our teams. Please remember that Spring Sports Awards are tonight, Tuesday, May 31! They will be held in the DeSales gym and will begin at 6:30 PM!
Congratulations to our Irish Track and Field team on their 2nd Place finish at State, and to our Irish Softball team on their 3rd place finish at State! This was an exciting weekend for our coaches and players! We especially congratulate our senior athletes who have now completed their final seasons as DeSales players.
The Irish Track and Field team had a number of athletes Place at State, including 1st Place finishes by Emmalyne Jimenez in the 1600, 800, and 200, as well as Morgan Thomas in the Shot Put and Discus events! The full Track and Field results can be found by clicking this link.
Irish Basketball Camp Opportunities
Summer is approaching quickly, and with summer comes great sports activities for your kids. Our basketball programs are hosting summer basketball camps for both boys and girls in elementary and middle school. Take a look at the details below.
Boys Basketball Camp
Coach Wood and the boys basketball team will be putting on a summer basketball camp from for boys entering grades 1-8. The registration form can be turned into the Assumption or DeSales office. Click here to view the registration form.
Camp times: June 14-17
1st-5th grade 9:30-11:30 AM | 6th-8th grade: 4:30-6:30 PM
Girls Basketball Camp
The girls basketball camp will be run by Coach Withers and the girls basketball team. The camp will be for girls entering grades K-7, and the cost will be free. Click here to view the registration form.
