Events include walking Rosary, SMores and Adoration! These are open to young Catholics ages 18 to 39. RSVP is not required, just show up! Outdoor events are subject to change based on the weather. Are you interested in becoming a Knight of Columbus??
The Knights of Columbus will be having a recruitment drive at Holy Cross at all masses Father's Day weekend. All Catholic men aged 18 and up are eligible to join. The Knights will present what we do and how we help the community. Current Knights will be available to answer any questions after each mass.

Our Lady of Lourdes Circle is sponsoring a collection drive to benefit Miriam's House
Miriam's House is designed to end the cycle of homelessness for single women or mothers and their children. Not a shelter, Miriam's House seeks to be preventative in nature for the children and rehabilitative for the adults. To learn more about Miriam's House, click HERE.

Holy Cross will begin serving our downtown community every fourth Saturday from 9:30am-12:30pm beginning August 27th.
Four to six volunteers are needed each month to help in serving free, hot, nutritious and ready to go lunches.

2021 Jesse Tree Ministry
Elves Delivered! This past week Jesse Tree gifts, food, and even stockings for the younger children, were distributed to 77 households in our area. Families came from our parish community, as well as those referred to us by Interfaith Outreach Association, Lynchburg Social Services, Miriam’s House and McGurk House.
Thanks: Many thanks to all those who made the 2021 Jesse Tree Ministry a success!
We will resume distributing the monthly bags in the Commons the first weekend in February.
