Coordinator of Parish Accounts: The Coordinator of Parish Accounts is charged with Payables, Receivables, EFT offerings and all bookkeeping functions for the parish. This position is responsible for the management of all parish funds and establishing protocols and controls for these funds. Other duties include monthly finance meetings, banking, budget preparation and payroll. Bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience required. This position has the option of full or part-time work hours.
Office Coordinator: Seeking high energy, self-starter to provide general office duties and assist with the efficient operation of the parish business office. This position will function with latitude utilizing independent judgement and initiative. Excellent organization skills computer skills essential. Prefer business or management experience with knowledge of database systems and QuickBooks helpful but not required. This is a part-time position permitting some flexibility of hours.
Adult Faith Formation and Family Life Director: Responsible for the development and implementation of programs that serve the spiritual and practical lives of adult members and families of the parish. The ideal candidate will envision comprehensive, effective, and challenging programs to inspire adults to grow in their faith, as well as respond to the needs of families in the parish. This individual will work collaboratively with parish leadership, adult faith formation, family and retreat teams to incorporate adult learning and formation into the total culture of the parish. Applicant should have Bachelor’s degree in theology, pastoral ministry or related field, with some experience in adult faith formation. Experience in adult education considered. This position is full-time with benefits.
Administrative Assistant for Emmaus Early Childhood Education Program (ECEP): The Administrative Assistant will support the Director in operating a faith-based preschool program. They should be energetic, very organized and possess administrative skills, that include knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel. The position is part-time and follows the LTISD calendar for time off. Perfect for someone looking to get back in the workforce and who loves children.
