Christmas Time and Easter Time highlight the incarnation, death on the cross, resurrection, and ascension of Jesus Christ, and the descent of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost. The Sundays and weeks of Ordinary Time, on the other hand, take us through the life of Christ. This is the time of conversion. This is living the life of Christ. Nothing Ordinary about Ordinary Time!
The Cohasset Triathalon takes place this Sunday morning, June 26. You may face some challenges getting to the church for 8:30 a.m. Mass, but you can do it!
Fr. Maurice Agbaw-Ebai, who was recently appointed to the faculty of St. John Seminary, will be at all Masses in Cohasset this weekend, June 25 and 26, for the annual mission appeal on behalf of the Society for the Propagation of the Faith. The Society promotes a universal missionary spirit — a spirit of prayer and sacrifice — among all baptized Catholics by inviting baptized Catholics to express their missionary commitment by offering their prayers, personal sacrifices and financial support for the work of the Church in the Missions.
Fr. Maurice will be in Hull the weekend of July 16 and 17.
This month marks the start of the National Eucharistic Revival, which continues through Pentecost 2025. You can enroll as a prayer partner and get weekly updates by clicking the image below.
