Have you every wondered:
What does the Pro-Life Ministry at St Gabriel do?
How Can I be involved?
Will this Ministry be Needed if Roe v Wade is overturned?
The Pro-Life Ministry will remain an active and vital ministry at St Gabriel. We want to grow our membership, educate and support all those interested in protecting the unborn, and provide healing for those hurt because of abortion. We need you, whether you have a lot of time, a little time, or can only pray from home. We invite everyone who is interested in learning more about the St Gabriel Pro-Life Ministry to join our efforts in all things Pro-Life. Learn about Supporting Moms and their babies, Educating our parish and community, Prayer Events, Summer Youth Pro-Life Camps, Post abortion healing and much more
Following the weekend masses of June 25 and June 26, please come by the church cafeteria and meet the committee members. Families are welcome. We will have cookies, wine and cheese following the evening Masses and donuts/cookies following the morning Masses.
A variety of tables will be setup to provide education and volunteer opportunities for supporting the ministry. Members of our St Gabriel Pro-Life Ministry will be at each of these tables with information on
- Roe vs Wade, Dobbs v. Jackson and other Pro-Life legislation and Supreme Court decisions
- Post abortion healing,
- 40 Days for Life Prayer Vigils
- Supporting Moms
- Prayer requests and
- a survey about our ministry.
In addition, this is Fr Barth's last weekend at St Gabriel. We will be saying good bye to Fr. Barth and praying for him in his next assignment at St Francis in Frisco.
Please stop by, visit with Fr Barth, chat with us as we support each other in developing a community at St Gabriel and beyond that respects all human life from conception to natural death.
Enjoy refreshments, learn, share, and grow with us.
