Coordinator of Parish Accounts: The Coordinator of Parish Accounts is charged with Payables, Receivables, EFT offerings and all bookkeeping functions for the parish. This position is responsible for the management of all parish funds and establishing protocols and controls for these funds. Other duties include monthly finance meetings, banking, budget preparation and payroll. Bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience required. This position has the option of full or part-time work hours.
Administrative Assistant for Emmaus Early Childhood Education Program (ECEP): Support the Director in operating a faith-based preschool program. Should be energetic, very organized and possess administrative skills, that include knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel. The position is part-time and follows the LTISD calendar for time off. Perfect for someone looking to get back in the workforce and who loves children.
