Volunteers needed to move furniture after 8:30 Mass
Please come downstairs to help move furniture into the social hall after the 8:30 am Mass this Sunday, July 31. We need volunteers to move the furniture back into the classrooms after carpet cleaning. Thank you!

Please come to the social hall after the 8:30 & 11 am Mass for coffee or juice and doughnuts.
We need help with this ministry. Please sign up below by clicking or tapping "Volunteer" if possible.
Coffee & Doughnuts Host
All are invited to sign up to host coffee and doughnuts. You can choose to set up before and serve after the 8:30 Mass, serve and clean up after the 11:00 Mass, or sign up to do a whole Sunday. Instruction will be provided to those who have never hosted before. It can be done by one or two but is more fun with a group. Feel free to invite some friends or family to help you host!

Meals on Wheels Needs Volunteers: Sacred Heart Parish's next commitment to deliver Meals on Wheels is August 1 - 15. Those interested in serving during these dates can contact me anytime to be added to the schedule through email at druffla@hotmail.com or by calling 509-330-0324. A big thanks to all who served in the past and already signed up. We welcome new volunteers for this important community service. Meal delivery is contactless for volunteers and clients.

Parish Directory: If we don’t have a picture of your household for the directory (or you have gained or lost a family member and would like a new one), Fr. Steve will take your picture after any weekend Mass, weather permitting.
Our goal is to get it out by early September, that way we can include new families who arrive this summer. We will have lists of family information for you to look at after the Masses to make sure your information is correct. This is a book that is given to parish families, it will not be online.

LGBTQI+ Potluck: Saturday August 6, following the 4:30 pm Mass, we will have our LGBTQI+ Potluck. Share food and fellowship. All are welcome.
A book discussion is planned this fall at Sacred Heart around Fr. Dan Horan’s book: A White Catholic’s Guide to Racism and Privilege. In a thoughtful, personal way, Fr. Horan invites his fellow white Catholics to become actively anti-racist and better allies to people of color as we work for racial justice in our culture and in the Church.
