Easter Egg Hunt
It is almost time for our annual Easter egg hunt hosted by Ignite and Journey! The hunt will happen on March 31st at 10 am on the St. Joseph's Church grounds. If you would like to donate eggs, candy, or religious items for this event, please bring them by the parish office by Monday, March 26th.
Youth volunteers will be needed to help hide eggs for the event. If you would be interested in helping out, please email McKenzie at mckenzie@ablazeyouth.org or Samantha at sam@ablazeyouth.org.
Service Retreat
We will be having our a Service Retreat for High School and Middle School youth! This retreat will be here in Bryan on Friday, April 20th & Saturday, April 21st and will be separate for middle school and high school except for Mass, Encounter, and Dinner at the end of the retreat. We will be doing service projects around the Bryan/College Station area and going to Jumping World!
Cost is $45 unless you bring a friend who does not attend youth group (then cost drops to $35). Cost includes Jumping World, meals, and facilities! Registration forms can be found here for middle school and here for high school! Registration closed on April 11th! We will need volunteer drivers for Saturday of the retreat to transport youth to and from service projects (must have attended or are signed up to attend an EIM workshop). Let Samantha Shepard know at sam@ablazeyouth.org if you would be interested!
Camp BASIC
Camp BASIC is an overnight middle school summer camp hosted by Ablaze Ministries. The camp will be at Camp Kubena (same place as last year but a different name) in Ledbetter, TX. There will be many fun activities such as volleyball, basketball, swimming, a BLOB, ropes courses, archery, and a BB gun range.
Sign ups are now open! For more information and to register visit St. Joseph's website. Register before April 15th to receive the Early Bird price of $270 (after price increases to $285). A $135 deposit is due upon registering Final Deadline for registration is June 8th, but there is a limited number of spots available so register soon!
*We will be having a high school leadership team to help with Camp BASIC. Applications for leadership will be released soon!
Journey nights:
Journey is a safe and fun place for youth from 9th-12th grade to grow in their faith. We do this through talks, testimonies, games, dramas, skits, activities, and small groups. We meet Sunday nights after the 5:30 mass, where we have dinner and social time and end at 8:30 pm. Please join us! We would love to have you!Journey is every Sunday 6:30-8:30 pm in the Gym at the St. Joseph Secondary Campus.

Ignite Nights:
Ignite is a safe and fun place for youth in grades 6th-8th to grow in their faith. We meet Sunday nights after the 5:30 mass in the St. Joseph's Secondary School Gym and end at 8:30 pm. We start the youth nights with dinner and social time, and then go into games, talks, small group, and other activities to help the youth grow in their faith. Please join us! We would love to have you!
Ignite meets on Sundays from 6:30-8:30 pm in the Gym at the St. Joseph Secondary Campus.
