Childcare for Gatherings Update!
Because the Maren Center is being remodeled to upgrade our Childcare facilities, including new flooring and other upgrades, we ask that you do not enter the Maren Center with your children until further notice.
For tomorrow's gathering and for the 8/21, and 9/11 Gatherings, Childcare will be in the Dining Room. Please drop off your children through the West door of the dining room before the gathering starts. Mary Angel and her team will be there to greet you.

Update on Lou Popp
Lou Popp was moved to the hospital Tuesday afternoon for further treatment. He has also tested positive for Covid, so can't have visitors until further notice. Please keep him in your prayers. This has been a very difficult time for him and the family.
Update on Dick Redouety
July 31:
Dick Redoutey is still in the hospital and the earliest it looks possible that he would be getting home is sometime next week. They recently did a bone marrow biopsy and have other tests scheduled. It has been a rough go and both he and the family appreciate your ongoing prayers. Estelle could also use some extra prayers as she has been there 12 hours a day!

Update of Margie Balich
Balich’s called asking for prayers for Margie. She has a spot on the top of her mouth. She is scheduled for a biopsy on August 5th! Please keep her in prayer!

IT'S TIME TO RENEW!!!
Note from Jeff- All COTL members, (especially Covenant Members) need to get their SET training done. The Diocese has made the process online is quick and easy. We believe this is a very important part of serving in any ministry in COTL not just ministries involved with children. Please don't delay getting this done! STARTING JULY 1ST THROUGH AUGUST 31ST; IT'S TIME TO RENEW YOUR SAFE ENVIRONMENT TRAINING (SET). If you serve at your parish, you will choose them as your primary location and they will pay for your background check. If you are not able to get certified through your parish, you can choose COTL as your location. The background check is $20. If that is a hardship email Jeff@Cityofthelord.org to request financial assistance
