During the month of August,
the Saint Ann Knights of Columbus Council #11925 is hosting an icon of St. Joseph to honor St. Joseph and pray for his intercession in preserving, cultivating and passing on the Catholic faith to future generations. They encourage our community to "turn in prayer to St. Joseph, give thanks to God for the gift of fatherly example, and ask St. Joseph to be a father to us" as we seek to "grow in our own imitation of St. Joseph's quiet strength, integrity and fidelity."
Learn more about the partnership between the Knights of Columbus and the hosting of this icon. Join us Tuesday, August 23rd at 6:30 PM in the church for a prayer service in honor of Saint Joseph.

We continue to have copies of Magnifikid available on Sundays and major feasts and holy days. They are placed near the bulletins for children to grab as they come into Mass. Each copy of Magnifikid includes all the readings and prayers of the Sunday Mass with explanations of the difficult words and the meaning of the rituals; a suggested prayer for Morning and Evening; many suggestions on how to live the entire week with the Lord; various games, a comic, and activities to help children learn about Christian life and culture; and a page intended for the parents with suggestions for family prayers. MagnifiKid is for children between the ages of 6 and 12. We hope that this addition will help to engage your children in the Mass and continue your Sunday worship experience throughout the week!
