After signing in, type “Evangelical Catholic” in the search engine.

- Go to www.formed.org
- Click on “Sign Up” box
- Click “Sign up as a Parishioner”
- In the Find your Parish or Organization box, type in the code: 7AH4V4
- St. Mary Milton will appear – select this as the parish as our Formed account is linked with them
- Click “Next”
- Set up a username & password and click “Sign Up”
- That’s it! You’re all set to use all the great programs on FORMED.org anytime by simply logging in.
