Dear Parishioners,
On Thursday, September 15th, our parish is starting a men’s gathering called “That Man is You”. The gathering originated out of Houston, Texas, and there are currently over 600 parishes in the United States that are participating across the country. There are multiple parishes in our area starting “That Man is You” in September, including St. Francis Xavier, St. Catherine, St. Clement and St. Dominic.
“That Man is You” respects family time by meeting at 5:45am. It begins with breakfast – biscuits, eggs, bacon, sausage, coffee, etc. After breakfast, a video will be presented, followed by table discussions about the video. The morning wraps up between 7:00am and 7:15am.
Our parishioner, Greg Lormand is leading the core team for “That Man is You”. Greg will be speaking at all Masses this weekend.
If you are a husband, father, grandfather or a single man – if you are looking to challenge yourself to become who God has called you to be – if you are looking for more – “That Man is You” may be for you. I invite you to the Kern Center next Thursday, September 15th at 5:45am for the official opening of “That Man is You”.
Come hungry!
Fr. Beau
