Celebrate our Parish’s 75th Anniversary with a Spaghetti Dinner on October 15
Our 75th anniversary celebration continues! Our original church (across from what is now the Food Pantry) was dedicated on November 15, 1947. Throughout this past year, you have seen excerpts on our history in the bulletin, 75th anniversary banners, historical photos decorating our Fellowship Hall, slide shows of our history, a parish cookbook, raffling of different craft items and the on-going renovation of our church interior.
Our current church was blessed on October 11, 1961, just 14 years after our first church along Route 235. In commemoration of that event, after the 4 pm Mass on October 15, in conjunction with Knights of Columbus Council 9968, we will have a Spaghetti Dinner for parishioners, former parishioners and friends of the parish. Please join us at this no-charge event as we continue celebrating our anniversary year.
So that we might prepare the proper amount of food, it would help to know how many people are planning on attending. Please indicate if you are attending and the number of people in your group through the sign-up below. While the Knights will provide the main course, once we know how many to expect, we will invite attendees to help provide starters, salads and deserts.
