One Church & One Church Worship Nights Starting October 5th!
What is One Church?
The first Wednesday of the month, we will connect over a meal before diving into content. Our theme this year is Finding God in Our Everyday Lives. Afterward, we will have a brief discussion in breakout groups.
Young Church (K-5th grade) & Middle School Ministry will happen at the same time. Childcare will be provided for younger kiddos.
One Church Worship Nights
The third Wednesday of the month will be One Church Worship Nights. These will vary month to month and will include time for prayer and reflection, music, Adoration, and meditation.
Safe Environment Training
Planning to serve in any ministry?

Children’s Choir Begins Sunday, October 2nd
After the 9am Mass in Portable 303 in Bowman Plaza
We are very excited to welcome our children back to Music Ministry!
Here are the details:
- Grades K - 5th
- The Choir sings every 4th Sunday of the Month October-May including the Christmas Eve 4:30 PM Mass.
- We Rehearse 1st through 3rd Sundays from 10:00-10:30 in Portable 303.

High School Ministry
For the 2nd year, our High School teens are traveling to the National Catholic Youth Conference (NCYC), the largest gathering of the young church in our country!
This year's theme is "Walking On Water"
November 10-13 in Long Beach, CA
Scholarships & fundraising opportunities available. It is the hope that every participant would fund raise for the common cause of getting all the youth and leaders to California!
The Next Teen Feed is Friday, October 21st
Every third Friday of the month, our St. Luke teens bring dinner to teens experiencing homelessness in the University District.

Catechist Help Needed
Kingdom Builders
(Children’s Liturgy of the Word)
We are in need of some adult leaders and assistants for Kingdom builders at the 9:00am Mass on Sundays starting in October. Kingdom builders is a program in which the Sunday scripture readings are proclaimed and explained on a level appropriate to children in grades K - 5. If we have 4-5 adults volunteer, the commitment is only once or twice a month.
Children’s Faith Formation
Children’s Faith Formation Classes for our Pre-K – 5th graders will return this fall! Adult Catechists and classroom assistants are needed! Classes will be held on Sundays from 10:05am-11am starting in October.
Training and curriculum will be provided.
