Hope & Healing Mass for Survivors of Sexual Abuse

On Wednesday October 5th at 6:30 pm, Bishop Greg Kelly will celebrate a special healing Mass with Father Jason and Father Michael at St Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church for all survivors of sexual abuse and their families. All are welcome to attend to show their support.

Hike for Life!

We're proud to announce that Father Jason will be the team captain for this year's Hike for Life! The “Hike for Life” is a pro-life walk held once a year in various locations around Texas to Help Women in crisis, or unplanned pregnancies that have chosen to carry their babies to full term. Donations help support organizations such as including Birth Choice, White Rose, Bella House, In My Shoes, Mater Filius and the CPLC. Please come out and support on October 1st from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm at St Michael in Mckinney.
Youth Ministry Fall Festival Donations

Youth Ministry is asking for soda and water donations for the fall festival. The donations will be sold during the festival for income for the Youth Ministry Department. All donations can be dropped off at the parish office. Donations will be accepted from now until Friday September 30th, 2022. Live Christ, Share Christ Seminar

We would like to invite you to our upcoming Live Christ Share Christ retreat on October 1st 2022. This is a series of Five (5) Talks intended to deepen your relationship with Jesus Christ and renew our understanding of what a call to evangelization means in parish life and beyond. Following the retreat, you are invited to become part of the Live Christ Share Christ Movement which meets one Saturday monthly with opportunities for participation in parish life. Family Natural Planning Course

We will be hosting a Fertility Awareness, Natural Family Planning Course on Sunday, October 2, from 12:00 noon – 1:00pm in McGivney Hall (located in the St. Mark Parish Center)! It is open to all engaged couples, married couples, and women over the age of 17. Natural Family Planning (NFP) provides information so that couples can learn to understand and appreciate their fertility. Couples completing their current marriage preparation through St. Mark the Evangelist are strongly encouraged to attend. Please register using the button.
New Day Grief Support

New Day Grief Support will be offered on Thursday afternoons, beginning October 6 and continuing for 9 consecutive weeks through December 8, 2022 (with the exception of Thurs. Nov. 24 Thanksgiving Day) at St. Mark the Evangelist, Smyth Pastoral Center, Room #105, at 1100 W. 15th Street., Plano, TX 75075 New Day Grief Support is for anyone who has lost a loved one to death. Participants work through the tasks of grief in an atmosphere of caring and understanding. The cost is $20.00 to cover the cost of the workbooks. We ask that you please pre-register online using the button.
Holy Trinity Seminarians Welcome Baskets
Fall 2022
The Trinitarian Auxiliary sponsors this annual Seminarian Welcome Baskets Fundraiser to benefit the seminarians discerning their vocation at Holy Trinity Seminary. Welcome gifts are presented to the seminarians at the beginning of the school year to help them feel more at home as they move into the seminary. More importantly, they convey to the seminarians that they have the prayers and support of our diocese.

El grupo de “Formación de Fe para Adultos”, te invita a participar en el curso de introducción a las Sagradas Escrituras que dará inicio en este mes de Septiembre, Mes de la biblia. Curso de Planificacion Familiar

El domingo 2 de octubre, de 2:00-3:00pm, en el Salón McGivney (ubicado en el Centro Parroquial de San Marcos), se llevará a cabo un Curso de Conciencia de la Fertilidad y Planificación Familiar Natural. Está abierto a todas las parejas comprometidas, parejas casadas y mujeres mayores de 17 años. La Planificacion Natural de la Familia (PNF) proporciona informacion para que las parejas puedan aprender a entender y apreciar su fertilidad.
