Happy Friday everyone!

We loved the church scavenger hunt this past Sunday! Hopefully your child(ren) shared some stories and their treasure box of goodies with you! Keep those boxes out where you can access them, becasue each week I'll be sending a short blurb about each of the objects in the box. Pull the object out with your family each week and let it spark a conversation about your faith! :) Here's the first one:

Baptism: Use the holy water to bless the members of your family...remind them that each of you are a much-loved child of God. Place the holy water somewhere the whole family can use it. Whenever you use it, let it be a reminder that you belong to Jesus and intend to live each day for Him. Bring the container back to Mass and refill it from the font when you run out. Parents, share with your children about the day that they were baptized.

This Sunday at YM

This Sunday, we'll be exploring the signs, symbols, rituals, and Traditions of our faith. Did you know that the Church teaches that God reveals Himself through Scripture and Tradition? We'll explore all of these ideas through games and activities on Sunday!

Middle School After-School Program Starting Soon!

All middle schoolers are invited to participate in our service-focused after-school program. This year, we will meet on Thursdays from 3:00 to 5:00 PM at the parish center. Trunk-or-Treat // October 29

Join us in the parking lot after 4:00 Mass on Saturday, October 29, for a Blessed Sacrament family favorite! Sign up to host a trunk, bring treats, or costume up and collect the treats! Or just walk on over after Mass if you need a smile! Kids are welcome to wear their costumes to 4:00 Mass!

Please register your trunk or drop off donations of bagged candy by Thursday, October 27.
