Spring is here! Now’s the time to think about your spring planting! We have gorgeous plants from Hamilton Farms at Boonton and they’ll be ready for Mother’s Day.

We have beautiful flowers, delicious veggies and fragrant herbs. They’re top quality at competitive prices.  And it’s for a great cause.  While you beautify your home or grow tasty veggies, you’re helping our youth and adults make homes warmer, safer and drier in Appalachia.  Thank you so much for your support.

This is the first important fundraiser of the year for the church. We need significant donations of your unwanted and/or unused items to make this sale the best ever. So start your spring cleaning early. Tell your friends and family of the opportunity to donate their unwanted goods to St. Mark’s Rummage Sale.

The next recital in the St. Mark's Music Series in benefit of the Chittick Memorial Fund has been scheduled for Sunday, April 22nd, 2:00pm. This recital will feature Jerrick Cavagnaro, senior at Westminster Choir College in Organ Performance and Sacred Music. Jerrick is currently Organ Scholar at St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Morristown. His senior recital was given recently at Westminster and was filled with both passion and skill, performing a wide variety of repertoire, ranging from composers like Bach to Demessieux. Jerrick's playing has gotten him acceptances for Masters degrees at both University of Notre Dame and the Yale University School of Music, two schools at the top of both Sacred Music and Organ education. 

The recital will be held in the sanctuary, followed by a reception in the parish hall.

For many years, members of our parish have visited elderly parishioners who are no longer able to get out on their own. We would like to formalize this activity: Would you like to help out? Do you know of an elderly parishioner who you feel might benefit from visits? If so, please talk with Nancy Brangaccio or Jan Williams.

Come and join us for painting or other arts and crafts on a Tuesday in the Arts Studio downstairs.  We usually arrive at around noon and finish by 4:00pm.  Come for as long as you like.  We work on our own paintings, have a great time together and help each other out.  For more info contact Jenny Phillips 908-451-9638.
