Several years ago, our Summer Stretch Kids did a tour and a collection for Bridging. The children were surprised at the need for basic necessities that Bridging provided for families. Bridging is reaching out for help. Clients receive a basic home setup of essential items. The need is rising and they are having difficulty securing enough of the basics for families who qualify.
So much for our families!
All events are for all families in our parish.
We have extended the deadline to November 9 for the Jesse Tree "make and take" the time of the event coincides with our Disciples of Christ night - so those families can join us while your kids are in class!

We are connected to each other in your wonderous cloud of witnesses. We have seen glimmers of your glory and know that you love us and desire for us to be united with you. We pray for the loved ones who have died. May their penitence be short, that they may come into the fullness of your grace. Let your light shine upon them. May you grant them eternal rest.
