UCC NEWS
Welcome, Sister Phung!
No doubt you've seen our new friend Sister Phung Tran bustling about the UCC during a recent visit. Sister Phung joins us from the University of Dallas, where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Ministry degree. One requirement of her degree is an internship, and we are blessed to provide such an experience here. While her internship will be complete in December, she plans to stay with us through graduation in May.
Sister Phung joined the Dominican Sisters of Tam Hiep, Vietnam, in 2000 and professed her first vows in 2006. Sister is studying ministry with an aim to find ways for religious women to connect with youth and young adults, something she's been doing very well here at the UCC! She plans to put her degree to work serving youth and young adults in parish life.

The clergy, staff, and students at the UCC are truly grateful for God's abundant blessings this year. Through His grace, we have a new Catholic Center to support the young adults at UT Dallas and surrounding schools.
Thank you for allowing God to build this ministry through your continued support! And thank you for praying for us as we embark on the building of our new chapel.
