First Sunday of Advent
We ask you, our faithful parishioners to pray this prayer daily. We are going through a time of renewal in our parish and archdiocese. It cannot be done without the help of the Holy Spirit - please pray for this assistance.
Holy Spirit,
renew your wonders in our time, as though in a new Pentecost,
and grant that this Archdiocese,
united in prayer around Mary, the Mother of Jesus,
and guided by St. Peter,
may spread the Kingdom of the divine Savior,
a Kingdom of truth, of justice, of love, and of peace.
Amen.

Prayer: God of Love, Your Son Jesus, is your greatest gift to us. He is a sign of your love. Help us to walk with each other with compassion and kindness, during the weeks of Advent. May our love for one another bring hope to those who despair. We pray this through your Son, Jesus. Amen
