Christians from the Holy Land will be displaying olive wood carvings in the vestibule after all Masses at Christ the King this weekend.
Feel free to browse their selection. All sales help support Christian families in the Middle East. (This event is bilingual.)
Thank you to everyone who selected an ornament from the Giving Trees.
Please return the gift by next Sunday, December 4. Thank you for your generosity to those in need during this Advent season. (This event is bilingual.)
The relics of Blessed Carlos Acutis and Saint Manuel González García are coming to Christ the King Church.
These relics are touring the United States as a part of a National Eucharistic Revival, a three-year focus on the Real Presence of Christ in the Eucharist. Both Blessed Carlos and Saint Manuel have a strong connection to the Eucharist. Come visit Christ the King on Monday, December 5, from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for public veneration of these relics. We will conclude with a bilingual Mass at 7:00 p.m. (This event is bilingual.)
There will be a “Mystery” Peanut Butter Challenge in December!
Our Saint Vincent De Paul Conferences are sponsoring this fun event to support the Bishop Griffin Resource Center. There will be boxes in the vestibule of both churches representing the clergy who serve at our churches. Leave your donations of 16oz jars of peanut butter in the boxes. At the end of the month, we will reveal which box represents each priest and deacon. The box with the most peanut butter will determine who is the Priest or Deacon Peanut Butter King! (This event is bilingual.)
Please be aware of scam emails and text messages.
Unfortunately, scammers are fraudulently impersonating priests online. Please ignore any strange emails or text messages. If you have questions about a message you receive, be sure to contact the parish offices directly by phone.
